I can't even say enough about how wonderful my experience here was.....starting w/me calling to make an appointment, cancel it & reschedule w/no problem or attitude.....on the day i arrived, i was greeted as soon as i entered the door by friendly receptionist and beautiful and very clean and comfy waiting room. After filling out a short form, i was taken back to have another x-ray of my mouth (needed all 4 wisdom teeth removed), and then moved into a room where i watched a short video of procedure i was having and waited briefly for consultation w/my doctor. i came in contact w/ 2 or 3 techs/staff members other than doc & receptionist, all very sweet, friendly, answered questions, they were all great! Dr. Livingston comes in, introduces himself w/a smile, explains my xray (wasn't good, my lower wisdom teeth were completely sideways, very deep and hadn't cut through gums), he explained my options, gave me his opinion on my wanting to still be awake the whole time....just advising how invasive it was going to be to make sure i still wanted to remain awake....i loved that he did that, but did not push it or just assume i couldn't handle it, he told me that if i was sure i could get through it, he was confident in going forward. we went forward w/procedure, he walked me through, talking to me every step of the way, checking on my comfort the entire time.....his tech, Santana i believe, was also great....he was very clear on after care instructions, plus i was given papers explaining after care for next several days, and was told i could call if i had a question or concern of course.....i don't think i would have felt comfortable being anywhere else or any other doctor.....really helped me to relax while he worked his magic!!! i recommend to everybody to see these guys, relaxing, happy office....looooved it.....
