To start off with this is the third or fourth time in a few years that I have been to this Urgent Care. Normally, I see Dr. Scott - unfortunately yesterday I saw Dr. Wurst and I can guarantee I WILL NEVER return if I have to see him. When to the Urgent Care on 10/19/11 due to a sever cough, sore throat, low grade fever and complete body ache. After seeing the doctor for less than 5 minutes - he told me it was a "sinus infection" then not a few minutes later told me I had a viral infection. WTH?? Anyways, received one antibiotic and told to take claritin over the counter meds and to gargle salt water for my throat every half hour. When I told him I needed to go back to work since I could not get an excuse, I was told it was my problem to figure it out. RUDE!!!!! Needless to say - I tried to follow the drs order, but gargling with salt water when your throat is RAW is ridiculous - now today I cannot even talk bc my throat is soooo raw and my cough is even worse. Have an appointment to see my regular primary doctor.

Excellent care. Took my son for sticking nail in his foot and my mother had a serious virus in her eye another time that could've caused blindness. No lengthy wait, courteous staff / discount for private pay. Accurate diagnosis both cleared up.

With 7 doctors on staff, you would think more than 1 would be working in the middle of flu season. I have been here over 4 hours and still have not seen a doctor. Save yourself half of a day and go somewhere else!!!
