From the front desk to the visit with the doctor, I received courteous, professional service. I went in for new glasses and got them and love them but was also diagnosed with an eye condition related to my hypertension. No other eye doctor had ever even checked for this! I was one of five new patients -friends and family - that decided to switch to Eufaula Eye Associates. We all agree we made a good decision.

I was referred to these doctors because Walmart did not have an optician. I gave them my insurance info, payed in full. The y broke my lenses, was treated rudely when I asked for an explanation. 2 months later I get a bill for 77 dollars. I called them up and told them that I was told this was paid in full. They gave me a long explanation about his that and the other, in a very rude manner. I will never use this doctor office again. Be careful with this group. I listened to quite a few old people complaining about the service while I was there, I did not believe them. Just saying.

I was very pleased with the service at Eufaula Eye Associates. From the moment I walked in they were very friendly and answered my questions in reference to my insurance coverage. I've never had such a thorough eye exam and I love my new glasses!

I would not reccomend Eufaula eye associates. It took 15 days for them to prepare my glasses and I was not informed that it will take this long... This is totally unheard of Anywhere in today's world.. Moreover they claim to be cheaper than others and that they are giving discounts but that is not true, Their prices are already marked up very high and Amazon is much cheaper...
