The doctor was great. He's very timely and knowledgeable. There were two younger girls there that seemed very competent and friendly. Willing to go out of their way to help others. One was the person who "prepped" me to see the doctor, and the other was the one I requested help me with my glasses purchase. An older approached me first, and stood right by my side. Almost like she thought I was going to steal the glasses off the wall. She was very rude. Her attitude caught me by surprise. She made me feel very uncomfortable. When I asked her if she knew what my insurance would cover she had to ask both the younger girls what she was supposed to do. She didn't seem to have a clue what was going on with my insurance or in the store. (At one point, the phone was ringing and instead of answering it when the other people were busy, she walked away. The lady helping a customer had to stop what she was doing and answer the phone.) She coped an attitude when I told her that I had talked to another place and they had said something completely different. Her response was, "We don't do it that way here. We have the covered boards and if you don't like what you see there, you pay the difference. That's the best I can tell you." She finally left me alone and the girl who helped get me ready for the doctor was apologizing to me for her being so rude, because she had heard the conversation, and passed me off to the other girl who was very kind and took her time explaining insurance coverage, and when I would get my glasses back. I was taken back to finish my exam, and when I came back out, my glasses were waiting for me. I was pleasantly surprised. The older lady was no where to be found though, and they had were packed. Both girls were helping customers, answering phones, and preparing other patients. The two girls may have been busy, but they handled the front desk and customers with no effort. Almost like it happens more than it should. I'll go back, but only request to see the two younger ladies and the doctor I saw. I recommend going there, just be wary of the older lady with glasses. She may have been having a bad day, but when you work in customer service, you need to treat everyone like they're your best friend. Your sales, and most importantly, your reviews depend on that.
