I wish I could have given Nesin 10 stars but unfortunately only had 5 from which to choose. I've been through 2 rounds of PT at Nesin Therapy over the past few years. I describe them as "miracle workers." Before I reached out to Nesin for therapy, I had been sent by an orthopedist for a hip injection at Crestwood and also had injections into the SI joint by a pain management doctor at Sportsmed, both without any relief at all. I would recommend that before you resort to surgery or injections that you see a therapist at Nesin. They are top notch at diagnosing problems on the very first visit. Both rounds of my therapy were the result of tight, weakened muscles in particular areas. After manipulation of those areas and follow through with recommended exercises, I was absolutely a "new" person. I've been to PT at places that stress exercises alone which did not work for me. The "hands on" manipulations to the affected areas were the answers to my prayers both times. I must admit that the manipulations were VERY uncomfortable but it fixed me up very quickly. - Nov 29, 2013

I just finished PT for my knee due to a running injury. The therapists at Nesin are knowledgeable and caring. They not only solved my knee problem, but, through their evaluation figured out why it happened. Through manual therapy, posture education, and exercises they were able to correct this problem so my knee pain won't return. Now I'm happily back to running! Thanks, Nesin Therapy Services!

NESIN is SO helpful, the physical therapists are very personal and knowledgeble, and best of all - they diagnosed and cured my back pain (bulging L3-5 vert.)!! I am now going back to them for pain in my right knee, I will never go to any other physical therapist in Huntsville besides NESIN.

My first visit to NESIN was 5 years ago, it was for neck problems. Since then, I've seen them for other conditions resulting from Lupus. They have helped evaluate me, treat me, and strenghten my weak muscles, however most important were the therapist. They are knowledgeable, caring, and truly enjoy their work, because they are in the business of helping others. I have been treated at Nesin therapy for a variety of conditions associated with arthritis.I have found the therapists at NTS to be knowledgable, caring professionals that were able to evaluate and treat my conditions. They listened to me and taught me how to participate in my own care by following the guidelines and doing the exercises that they showed me. I would definitely recommend NTS to others
