Dr. Koplon I have been trying to find the words to thank you, there are not enough words in the English language to do the thank you justice. I was worked in as an exam, when you saw my open sinus you moved me to your chair and did the surgery I needed right then. Thank you for being my doctor and the boss that taught me to use my brain and learn, learn,learn. On your Web Page your specialty is listed as general. I have had a lot of dental issues over the years and these have all been fixed due to the great work done by Dr Koplon. I have finally found a dentist that truly cares about my dental health and he has give me a smile that has given me much more confidence. He is one of the most compassionate, dedicated, and friendliest medical professionals I have met and the quality of work I have received has been excellent. The staff that work at the surgery also do a great job in making you feel welcome and are also very friendly and professional. If you have some dental issues and are in need of a dentist to carry out bridge work, root canals, or place implants (which I have all had done) then your in good hands with Dr Koplon.

My wife had 7 crowns beginning in February of 2011 and after lots of infection she went to another local dentist and he said all the crowns were not fitted properly, just to be sure we went to another dentist and heard the same evaluation that the crowns were not done properly. Since our insurance would not pay for redoing the same crowns we went to the UAB dental center and with the use of student dentists and a cost of about half price the crowns were done right. Dr. Koplon refused to pay for this expense even though it was his fault. If you will read reviews posted online you will find out that lots of other people have had similar experiences. He is so nice and his staff too that it is easy to believe in him but his workmanship for us and several others that I read about is very lacking. I am so disappointed in Dr. Koplon.

I could write a novel singing the praises of Dr. Koplon and his staff. He is truly the most caring & thoughtful dentist I have come across. He has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions and I know he has my best interests, and what will be best for me in the future, at heart. There have been times I have had to be in his office multiple times in a week to be checked and his staff were always welcoming. Could not imagine going anywhere else.

Dr. Koplon did my veneers over 13 years ago and recently one of the teeth broke in half. I went back to Dr. Koplon to see if it could get fixed and he said it could be fixed with either a bridge or an implant. I chose to fix it with the implant because it was easier on me. Dr. Koplon painlessly removed the tooth and placed the implant on the same day. I'm very satisfied and I would recommend him to anybody else.
