Been having my oil changed at their auto center for a year now. I just found out they never check the coolant level in the car after asking them to top it off they told me they never check it and do not provide that service. Several times I asked them to make sure the air in my tires was where it was supposed to be. They never did anything.

This walmart location is not very cosumer friendly. I was under the impression all walmart stores sold basically the same things, such as LG Smart phones, but they lied when i called them because i recently moved to Sumiton, i had purchased my phone from Jasper store and was told i had to take my back to the jasper location because they didn't want to deal with my phone problems. Im handicapped and in a wheelchair with both legs below the knee amputee and dont have a car. But i sent my phone back to the jasper store and i can't remember the sales associate that helped me get my phone card fixed in two minutes flat. I want to believe that my problem could have been fixed in the sumiton store without me paying a $30.00 trip charge.
