Dr. Khan has treated me on two occasions, and both times I felt that I received excellent, attentive care delivered to the highest standards. He is a professional, focused on the task at hand -- but He always took the time to put me at ease . I would be pleased to recommend Dr. Khan to anyone.

Worst Customer Service in Talladega! The lady named Janice does not know her job duties. She is lazy and does not know how to act in social settings. I was booked for 1 pm over the phone by a receptionist named Linda. When I arrived at the place 20 minutes early to fill out the paper work, a lady named Janice was working at the front desk. Janice knew NOTHING about the cost of Dr. Khans services. As absurd as this is itself, after 20 minutes of waiting after 1 pm, I myself had to ask Janice how much longer I have to wait. Janice told me that she doesn't know how much longer and that the doctor is out for a surgery... So basically, if I wouldn't have asked her, I would have never been informed that the doctor is unable to keep the appointment. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone who expects professional customer service. Janice has an extremely bad attitude and was giggling the entire time of our conversation. She is full of unprofessionalism and does not understand what good customer service means. If Dr. Khan's employee is any reflection of him, I'm glad me and my family did not waste our money at this clinic. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
