Some associates here are just very rude, and do not want to help at all. I went in at around noon on Wednesday, I drive a truck, & I asked them if they could cash a com check for me. The lady in customer service said that they would not cash one, but since the money center was open, customer service could not cash a check anyway. So she went over there, and ask the lady if they could cash one, and she said no also. I waited until about 6 p.m., and asked a different lady, on a different shift, if they could cash the check, and guess what. Of course they can. And I had no way to access any other funds, because the ATM was down, have been for about 3 or 4 days, according to the lady at the self checkout watch station.

This walmart is terrible. I have been waiting 30 minutes in a line to buy ammo behinda guy wanting to get a hunting license. Not only did they not know how to sell the guy a license but they had to gofind somebody with the keys to sell bullets. Avoid shopping here if possible

they do have a Murphy's gas station. they do not sell diesel fuel... too bad for travelers.

Best place to shop in Troy, but that's not saying a lot.
