The Bentonville office is friendly and professional, with very helpful staff that explains everything until you understand exactly what is going to be done to your child's mouth and why. My experience with the Fayetteville office, however, was very different. Having to re-schedule my child's orthodontist appointment due to travel for a funeral, we were unable to get into the Bentonville Office and wound up going to Fayetteville. The orthodontist there removed my child's braces because one of her teeth was showing signs of discoloration. Understandable, but if they had bothered to talk to me, I could have explained that the tooth was discolored because it had to be bulled down from high in her gums by a spring attached to her braces. When the whole procedure was started, it was explained to me by her oral surgeon and her orthodontist that that particular tooth may always be a few shades off of her other teeth. When she gets older, we have looked into having her tooth target treated with a laser whitening session or two, but have no plans to do so until after her braces come off permanently. Had the Orthodontist at the Fayetteville bothered to have a 3 minute conversation with me, I could have told them that. But, no - my daughter came out sans braces and the hygienist was the one to tell me that the orthodontist was worried about the discoloration. So, my daughter has been without braces for almost 2 months now, our appointment with her regular orthodontist is later this week to get them out back on, and I am very annoyed to have had additional (and un-necessary) time added to my child's orthodontic adventure. I would highly recommend the Bentonville office of Arkansas Braces. I will not set foot in the Fayetteville office again.

When we started coming here a year ago, the staff was great...now most of the girls have changed and are RUDE! Now with only 1 Dr for all 3 locations it is near impossible to get an appointment. Definitely looking into transferring someplace else!

I am an adult- so the office was not for me. Despite claims of working with adults as well as children, I can't see how an adult could possibly be comfortable going here. The office was VERY open- which for an adult getting braces- was not a positive. I had a kid walk in on my xrays, one staring at me when I was getting photos taken, and one almost walk in my room waiting to speak with the doctor. There weren't really doors, the whole thing was just open for everyone to see. I also didn't really like the doctor. The rest of the staff was nice, but she was not very personable. When financing was discussed, the first selling point was "WE DON'T CHECK YOUR CREDIT".. Which was a little odd. My credit is fine, is that a selling point to most of their clients? it seemed like it might have been. For me however it just made the place seem cheap. Won't be going here. I'd rather spend more and go to a doctor/office I'm comfortable with. For kids this place might be great though.

We got a huge runaround at the Fay. office and the worst customer service I've ever had - anywhere, repeatedly. If you're a parent - you are not welcome and will be treated worse than the patient if you have a concern. Only go here f you're ok with just being a number (not a human), you don't mind being lied to, long waits for every appt. since they seriously overbook, and zero potential for resolving a problem that they created. My beautiful daughter stopped treatment and will live with crooked teeth rather than continue with them. Beware! Then!! We had such a bad experience on the 2nd appointment that I had them take the spacers out of my daughter's teeth, and they agreed to refund my first payment. They confirmed the ending of our patient relationship in a letter with the refund that I got a few weeks later. Then, 2 months later, they began withdrawing money out of my checking account! I never even had an auto debit set up, I had paid by check! They cannot explain why, and I am in hopes that they will refund the money before I have to hire a lawyer. Huge hassle... Go somewhere else, for many reasons!
