Recently moved to the area and after trying two other dentists in Bartlett/Germantown I went to Dr. Botts. I was very impressed with the practice because in contrast to the other dentists his office is very new, stylish and all the equipment is also modern and updated. As a consumer this shows me that he's invested in his practice and up to date with the industry. Speaking only for myself (a guy) I don't really need the 'spa' treatment but I do like the fact that the entire staff is very personable and customer-service oriented....this item alone makes the practice stand out in the Memphis area. I would definitely recommend Dr. Botts, I was very pleased with the service.
