My dad's old dentures broke and he has been dealing with this practice for over 2 months and he still does not have his new dentures. He has received nothing but excuses first from the office staff and most recently from the owner and his family. They had the nerve enough to act as though he is being unreasonable in expecting that he would receive the product/service promised in a reasonable time. Shame on them! If you want high quality work and fast, friendly service avoid Dr. Price and his son.

They care more about selling (ridiculously overpriced) electric toothbrushes than about their patients teeth. When I said I didn't want to buy one, they repeated the "poke the gums to check for gingivitis" test, pushing the needle in *much* harder than the first time, in order to get worse numbers. They REFUSED to clean my teeth without also getting gingivitis treatments (necessary, they said, based on the second set of numbers), which my insurance didn't recognize even as valid procedures. Their financing person spent more time with me than the dentist did, even though I told her immediately that an inability to pay was not my objection. It was worse than a used-car dealership. Stay FAR away.
