I wouldn't even know where to begin.. I seriously doubt you could find a place worse than the Cabot Walgreens Pharmacy... Understaffed most of the time and just plain ignorant people. I'm not here to bash on Walgreens. There are other locations that are actually Great and then there is this store...

I really do like the workers here. I am often greeted kindly and they recognize me now and I no longer have to give my name which is pretty darn good for a major store like this. That being said, I do not care for the wait times. If you go through the drive through, you can almost guarantee that you are going to wait for up to 2 hours sometimes more for your script to be filled. If you go inside it is much quicker but, being handicapped, I do not always feel up to walking inside a store. I wish that this was a 24 hour location. Bottom line: Courteous and kind employees and very slow service.

I am a chronically ill patient. Last month the idiotic tech says it was "too early to fill my meds" which was impossible since I get my scripts the day I am out. After her abuse of 1) telling me to sit, like a I'm a dog, my temper flared. Calling a mgr to the situation whose daughter is also chronic she controlled the situation and got meds. Now this month I go back, like clockwork, & 1) tech says she has to check if it's not too soon 2) I tell her it's impossible 3) the pharmacist has the nerve to tell me I can't fill there bc of my reaction to the actions of an employee who treated me like a canine! I am furious. I have already left message with the corporate office and I will contact my attorney and the BBB.
