I wrote a review on this dentist and some how it got removed so I will repost my experience here at this dentist. First and foremost I am a african american woman who had several bad experiences here at this dentist. My first bad experience was back in 2004 or 2005 when I was in highschool and this woman with blonde hair came in to clean my teeth. She was so rude and what I believe to be racist. She made me hold a mirror to my face and watch as she cleaned my teeth and then told me that I should be able to do this myself. As she cleaned my teeth she made me feel like I was nothing from the way she talked to me and looked at me. So after this, I never went back until I was 25 years old and this next experience wasnt any better. This time a woman with black hair in a short bob, her hair is short in the back and long on the sides. She took me in a room to clean my teeth, she asked me to open my mouth and then she told me to hold on and she would be right back. She came back in the room with a black camera and it look like a nikon or canon and she started taking pictures of my teeth without even asking me. After, she took pictures she went into the room next to mine and started talking to some woman and the woman she was talking to say eww and groose. To me, this was so unprofessional of this dentist office. The lady with the black hair cleaned my teeth up really good but she was unprofessional with the customer. As I said before, I can see this business declining in the near future because they dont know the first thing or step about customer service or being professional. From now on, I drive to little rock to get my teeth clean. I would not recomment this dentist to anyone. If your looking for a dentist to disrespect you, and treat you like crap but do a good job in cleaning your teeth then this is the place for you.
