I was in your Conway location on 6/28/12, I was suffering with severe stomach pain, I was given a shot for pain, they took blood and urine samples as well as x-ray's. I was given a diagnosis of a galbladder attack and told I could return to work the next day, I was charged $351.80 which I paid in full before leaving. That evening I had to be rushed to the emergency room at which time I learned I had appendicitis, and had to under-go emergency surgery. I can not recomend your clinic, it could have cost me my life, it did cost me $351.80 for nothing!!

The wait times are a bit long, but overall a great place.

I have nothing but negative comments about this company. Just know you will wait hours and be rushed out within 10 minutes of seeing the provider as this is a corporate policy. Also, you are better off to go elsewhere, including the emergency room for real care. In the past 5 months of this posting a total of eight (8) providers have decided that this company is not safe to care for patients fully. You can find these providers working at other health related organizations due to this abovementioned fact. That does not include the countless ancillary staff, which either left or were terminated, mostly without real cause. Documentation on many employees (or "Team Members") is either incorrect or totally factually inaccurate. This company will do anything to fatten the bottom line, as that is the only goal of Urgent Team or Sherwood Urgent Care. These are not assertions, only the facts.

Dr. Sherwood & his staff are true, caring professionals and are a wonderful alternative to visiting the ER. Everyone is a "walk-in" and waits are not long. Dr. Sherwood shows compassion for the hurting & ailing. Granted, I have another primary care physician (a long history with him), but when he's booked and it's going to take a day or two to see him, and I feel like I need relief, I head on over to Sherwood Urgent Care. Wonderful people & highly recommended!
