Olympic length salinated lap pool won't burn your eyes or fry your hair and skin. Beautiful jacuzzi hot tub eases aches and pains. Dry sauna bakes away what ills you. Showers flash hot and cold without warning when there's more than one person using the shower room. Work out facilities are clean and adequate. I enjoy my temp membership here each early spring. I only wish it were open to fitness customers more often. Rehab folks have exclusive use of the facilities most of the week.

This was the closest gym to me while in highschool. I spent a few summers in the weight room. Though not as fancy as other gyms it was a solid place to go get a good work out. The weight room had everything. Lap pool was great. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Dry sauna and the jacuzzi were awesome after a workout. If I didn't move out to tempe it would still be my gym of choice.
