My appointment on Friday, August 1 was very productive in that I had many teeth filled. It was well done by Doctor Overstreet. However, he apparently forgot about some special information I had presented to him and after the numbness wore off, I realized that my lower partial no longer fit well. I visited the office on Monday, August 4 and was given an appointment at 11:30 that day. I was taken to a room right on time and a man introduced himself as Dr. ? (can"t recall his name) who proceeded to examine my mouth and confirmed the problem and then told me Dr. Overstreet was not available for a week and he would need to do the repair. I doubt that this person was in fact a Doctor or he would have repaired the filling. In addition, that whole trip was totally unnecessary and I should have been advised that Dr. Overstreet was not available.
Normally their service and care is amazing, but the last time I was there though I had a 10:45 am appointment. I get there and they have a sign on the door saying they are closed from 10-11 am for training. First you do not schedule a training during regular business hours when you know you have scheduled an appointment. Second, when your patients are on a tight schedule, you have to get them in exactly when their appointment time is. They did compensate for the occurrence, however, it should have never happened. Also, the first time I went is to have a couple cavities repaired they did not tell me that I had to take whatever it is they give for people with a bad anxiety disorder when you go see the dentist, and I had to go through the procedure with out, and I was scarred and my heart raced and I was full of tears the entire time. They need to have an easier method like laughing gas because for me, I could be numbed completely, and I'll either still feel something or the pressure will make me freak out.
Overall excellent. Attentive staff, on time, thorough and efficient. Very pleased with the care. The best dentist I've ever been to!
my experience was excellent. i broke my upper denture in a fall and needed it replaced. aspen dental service was friendly and caring and took pains to make sure my denture fit properly. i would recommend them to anyone in need of similar service. i did not meet everyone in the office, but i was very pleased with the service i received from jessica, brooke, dr. overfstreet and ysenia. thank you all!
The x-ray and laser whitening is fantastic. I left with a shining bright smile on my facee. :D
