At 67 I have had my share of "dental experiences" spread out over various cities in the US. In truth, almost all have been fairly good. But it wasn't until I discovered Dr Mack and his team at North Canyon Dental that I could use the term, "exceptional." Simply stated, their leading edge treatments, care and follow up raises the bar. It's significant that Dr Mack's staff consists of long term employees who clearly like each other and the work they do. I'll make special note here of Carla, Dr Mack's Hygienist. The best! And, Dawn, front office administrator, reduces the maze of appointments, insurance and patient costs into an understandable, easy process. I could add to this but it's more important you give this group of professionals a try. Do yourself a favor...give them a call.

Let me be the first to say I am NOT one to love a dentist. I have had plenty of them and my experiences have been horrible to say the least. However, I LOVE DR. MACK and HIS STAFF. I have had a lot of extensive work done at North Canyon Dentistry (i.e. root canals, implant recap, wisdom teeth removal, and ordinary fillings) in addition to regular cleanings. But no matter how big or how little the job was, their number one concern was that I was 100% comfortable. They made sure I was comfortable in my chair where I watched movies or cable while the work was being done. They made sure I was comfortable with what was being done and why it was important to get the work done (education). And lastly, and most importantly to me, was making sure I had ZERO pain or discomfort during the process and after the procedures were completed. In addition, to all the above, after all my procedures other than a regular dental cleaning, I ALWAYS received a personal call from Dr. Mack to check on me and ask how I was doing that very same evening. I don't write reviews. But I have no problem writing this one because North Canyon Dentistry practice and Dr. Mack enjoy what they do and appreciate their patients to the fullest and it shows every time I walk in the door.

Dr. Mack has a wonderful staff, nice clean office, and GREAT equipment to help assist him. My husband always said "you have to have the right tools to do the job right" well rest assured Dr. Mark does, and more! for your relaxation too! Dr Mack's work is next to none, my teeth feel wonderful and look great too, do to his awesome work. Thank you Dr. Mack.

I've been going here for years and the staff have always been friendly and remember who you are. Dr. Mack also goes so far as to personally call the evening after major procedures to ensure that you are doing well. The office has great options for keeping you entertained during long procedures, such as listening to music or watching movies. They also stay up to date with the newest dental procedures. I got to enjoy this as I just recently watched a movie while they scanned my mouth, designed and milled my crown and then had it put in place all in one visit. I can't recommend them enough.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mack's for the past seven years. He is an awesome dentist and his practice keeps up with all the new and improved procedures and technology. Him and his team always take the time to explain what he will be doing and makes you feel very comfortable. Dr. Mack is a very caring person and really shows his passion through his work. Also, his front office staff have always been willing to answer any questions or concerns that I may have. I highly recommend Dr. Mack and his team!
