Lived here for 14 years, and been to Safeway hundreds of times. Rarely experienced anyone in a bad mood or that was rude. Could the customer's attitude or behavior have anything to do with the situation? Page Safeway employees are friendly, hard working, and always helpful. Never have had a problem at the customer service desk. Don't know anyone in town who has. I teach here and know half the town. Don't let one negative attitude pull you down. Great place to shop.

Page, AZ Safeway Customer Service Department leaves something else to be desired. Their employee - a female has the most unhappy demeanor in the whole entire store. She pouts and gives the meanest looks, and if she happens to be on the phone and when you happen "to interrupt" her by requesting Customer Service, she comes out giving an angry, frustrating, daggers for you look. Overall, a very unfriendly Customer Service Representative. By all means, although you can get the Cheapest money orders here, don't do it, because you will be SOL if something should happen to your Money Order. Otherwise, aside from the Customer Service lady, all the other Employees are very pleasant and cordial. My advice, stay away from the Customer Service area, unless you want more gray hairs and prefer being stabbed with dirty looks.
