I love going here with Dr. Schulte. She is wonderful and very thorough. My 8 year old sees her as well. Her vision has been improving significantly under Dr. Schulte's care. I highly recommend her. Also, everyone is pleasant and professional. I have no problem getting a convenient appointment and never wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. We have been there several times for follow ups over the past year.

DO NOT GO HERE!! My family and I have been going here for a couple years now and some of the worst experiences ever. We'd given them the benefit of the doubt each year, but enough is enough. I will say that Dr. Schulte is a great doctor and very thorough, but their office staff from top to bottom is awful. They are very unorganized on how they do things. We've encountered everything from them not ordering our glasses, ordering the wrong glasses, staff not relaying messages to doctors or management, and opticians unwilling to give me other options on contacts after current contacts were discontinued. If you have a problem don't count on management to help you either. Save your time and look for another location where they actually care and are not too busy about a paying customer.

I have gotten Eye Exam's / Glasses here twice and will go back as long as I am in Tucson, Great Value with or without insurance !................................ I have worn glasses since elementary school and have been to many Optometrists in many different places. (Military Family, I moved alot). The Accent on Vision (AOV) team and their leader Dr. Zucker are seasoned professionals who run a really great practice. I found the exam process to be laid out very efficiently. You can tell that this Optometrist has made an investment in diagnostic technology that streamlines the Eye Exam process. The Optometrists and Technicians are very helpful and friendly. The selection of frames is hands down the best in Tucson, they have a very wide variety of frames from your standard eye ware to Prescription high end brands (Prada, Oakley, Ray Ban, Gucci, Sun Glasses, Etc.). The office is comfortable and inviting, as Dr. Zucker said "Our team lives here and works here 72 hours a week, we may as well make it comfortable". From the exam, to the lenses, to the frames, I found that the pricing is reasonable and competitive with or without insurance. They have multiple laboratories who assist with fabrication so turnaround time on your order is better than average. All in all if you need Glasses, and you are in Tucson, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!

My wife went here and her prescription had been wrong for several years. Her previous doctor had been giving her a contact with an astigmatism that was MUCH too high - her contacts didn't even fit right. She was thrilled that they could help her. I'm thrilled too and just set an appointment. Wife said Dr. Nguyen was really wonderful and a pleasure to work with.
