This store has a management issue and I wrote an email to the corporate office. I went to pick up the Canvas print I ordered online and they accused me of copy right violation. But since this guy works there for 11 years he claim he is an expert. Is he an esquire? Or is he a just print specialist? I already prepaid and drove 28.6 miles to get there and telling me they cannot give me my print. It took me six hours, all morning to digitally draw that painting and this uneducated people are going to talk about the legal rights? I wanted to honor my boss' 23 years of federal service. And this is my boss' retirement gift. If I had a time and was not in the time crunch, I will go to other print shop to do it but now I already wasted my money, time, and energy. Mike the assistant manager definitely has a napoleon syndrome and was arguing with me, the customer. Who does that? What happened to the customer service? On the other hand Paco took my name and the contact information, he has a great customer service skill.

Refuse to refund an item purchase from them. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ... go to Target... They said that it wouldn't be a problem, but when I got their they told me NO. DON'T SHOP AT WALMART WORST IN TOWN.

This is the greatest place in the world!! I mean look at those low prices!! Service is top notch, and super fast to respond!! One time it took 20 mins to get me a pack of razor blades out of a locked case!! So I didn't get them and went to another store that rhymes with blarget!! I'm not sure how to spell bananas!! There is one guy there who's pretty damn cool though!! Nothing is true, all is permitted!!

When I was in Tucson recently, I discovered that I had left all of my prescriptions at home. I live in another state. I went to the pharmacy on Valencia. Marco S. helped me. He was the most helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, impressive employee I have ever seen anywhere. He had all of my prescriptions in no time. You have a 5 STAR employee!
