JUST LIKE ALL CVSs THERE IS NO HELP HERE. THE CVS ON KRAMMER IN PLACINTIA SEEMS LIKE THERE IS ALLWAYS 10 OR MORE EMPLOYEES THERE. DONT THEY THINK MAYBE THEY SHOULD SPREAD THE HELP AROUND?

Since this CVS is close to my house and I used it on a regular basis, even though the customer service was very poor. There is never anyone to help you find something and there is never anyone at the register except when there is a long line and then they only have one person. That person is usually very untrained and should never be working with customers. I wrote a letter to the corp. headquarters about the lack of customer service and I never heard anything back. So, I guess the poor customer service goes all the way to the top. I know go out of my way to shop at Right Aid Drug Store and the service is great. They really know what the are doing. When they wait on you they don't ask time and time again if you have a CVS card. A great improvement by itself. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Gary
