i was referred to Theresa for a serious neck injury. i was in constant pain, not sleeping, unable to function well; all in all, i was feeling frustrated and hopeless about my situation. over the period of our sessions together, i found relief from my pain and frustration through doing the exercises she recommended and her skillful, patient and determined partnership in my healing process. i now have nearly full mobility, have better posture, am mostly pain-free, am off pain medications and am hopeful that i can live my life as fully as i wish (with a few minor and positive adjustments) if i continue to do my part (exercises and self-care). i am infinitely grateful for her and can't recommend Theresa enough. i highly encourage anyone who is in the situation i was in to see her. it will change your life!
