People in this dental office are very unprofessional, extremely rude and don't know how to listen to their customers. We called them several times to schedule appointment - and they made rude remarks about our family name, since it sounded foreign and difficult to spell. Receptionist would not even bother to listen at all that we have qualified DHMO insurance and lied that they don't accept new patients, even though Cigna ALREADY assigned them to us & MAILED US CARDS. Next time we should record this conversation and take them to court instead of paying our $$$ to be insulted. Beware - these people discriminate patients based on their race & nationality. Don't use them!
