Big, big improvement. Store super clean. Customer service is really good. If you ask a store employee where something is, they walk you right to it. Much quicker to get what I need than having to drive all the way to Palm Springs.

RUDE, unprofessional, dirty! I understand Desert Hot Springs in lower on the economic scale but COME ON! The employees do not have to act like the trailers the come from. That is all

Since Desert hot Springs has no other store like it in the city I do shop there often but today will be the last time. I spent about $100.00 and then pulled out a reciept from 2 days ago and showed it to the manager, I had purchased one of those small Red Bull shots and it got left behind. They refused to replace it. The whole staff there is always rude and not professional at all! I have never liked that Kmart and will never go there again. Trust me it is worth the drive to Palm Springs to do you shopping!

Bad customer service skills. Staff looks trashy and the store is always a mess.
