Every time you go there, you have to wait for 2 hours. Then the Doctors and the nurses are not very helpful. Only going there because I have no insurance and no job. The only thing good about them is that they are cheap. They are not patient friendly. They hide behind protocols. So when you call them to ask questions about your RX or your health, the only answer you get is you need to come down here, because the doctor needs to see you. So, they can take my $20 and then bill the state for rest....

So many times I wait n wait. So many times I get a confirmation call only to find that they know nothing......I hate this place.

Since they have moved to a different location, I have found the wait time to be not as bad; however, it is still an hour beyond my appointment time. My doctor here is wonderful but overworked as she is sometimes the only MD on site. I went through this with previous doctors here as well: the are great when they first get there but soon become so overloaded with patents that their time becoms seriously minimal and they become so stressed out they leave.
