Walmart is about the only big store we have in this area. All other Walmarts are always stocked to the max and people are always in the aisles checking or loading shelves. In Hanford Walmart a great percentage of the shelves are empty and nothing is pulled forward, you have to crawl on the ground to see if there are any left on shelf and when you go to ask them to reorder product NO one can take that message and give to the appropriate person, you are told to just keep coming back or call when that person is available. So aggravating, bottom line keep your shelves full if something is completely gone that means someone is buying that product... maybe you should order more!! Or just take a note of what is asked for by customers and give it to the person that orders for that department..simple!!

The best place to fill up a basket an just walk out with out paying cau se ya thay are assholes there lol lol

This Walmart has the worse customer service and I always have the worst problems using coupons. I've been told they have they have to be in color and not in black and white, pulled up their coupon policy, that was a lie. I've been told that they have to be in English and the product has to match the picture, another lie. Now today I was told that my printed coupon ink was faded, even though the coupon scanned and that I could not use the coupon. Hello Walmart management I'm sure you've heard of low ink. Most cashiers that work their are not friendly and the managers I have dealt with are rude. I have been to Walmart's in different states and cities all over the place and the Hanford CA Walmart is by far the worst in customer service. I encourage everyone to take their business to Target next door, where they will price match as well as not give people a hard time using coupons and they actually know how to treat their customers. The Target associates next door to Walmart provide way better customer service.

Just look at everyone else's reviews. if any are good, it's possibly from a worker inside. Ironically, none of the employees even look happy with their job. no welcoming hellos or thank you have a great day" kinda thing. everytime I shop at TARGET, and after they say something delightful, I always mention,wow they never do that at walmart, to whoever is with me. I can see a brighter smile on the persons face. This place sucks. Walmart may have almost everything, but there are better customer services. it's a mess
