First of All, the doctors, especially Dr.Perez is great. The office staff are horrible, rude, obnoxious, and borderline criminal when it comes to billing. I have caught them 3x already attempting to charge me for an invoice, when it was paid already by the insurance carrier. When I asked to speak to someone about it, I was brushed off and said we will take care of it.I called up there on many occasions, during normal business hours, and was told, just go to the Emergency Room. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I have attempted to get back inside the office to tell Dr. Perez about it, but can't seem to get an appointment. Now thats funny. If these doctors, whom are great by the way, dont get rid of their office staff, they are going to lose all of their patients. The satff wont allow me to get back there to even talk to her anymore as I have since found a great doctor with an outstanding front office staff in Fresno. If you are a patient of Dr. Perez, please inform her that they wont allow me to talk to her and she needs to know these kinds of things as its costing her money out of her pocket, by losing patients. Sure losing just me as a patient will not hurt their business but do know this. I will tell anyone that will listen what you are doing as far as billing, and it could be a criminal offense, and just how rude the staff is. Dr, Perez, if you read this, Im sorry, but they wont let me talk to you anymore and wont get me an appointment. I have had to get another doctor but you were a great one. Fire your staff or you are going to lose your business
I've been going to this clinic for about 21-22 years. The doctors are always helpful and good about following up on things. I've been seeing my personal doctor since I was born and she has been treating my family since even before then, I'm 24. They are good about billing you if you can't pay that day, it just costs a little more and it's not too bad if you don't have insurance, which I haven't for the past six years, and I still go to them because they no me and my family's history. It is difficult to get an appointment sometimes, because it is the most commonly visited office in town. They often have trouble accepting new patients because the doctors are so filled up. If you do need a new clinic or are just needing to see someone for a quick, last minute thing they do always have a doctor on-call sort of thing where one doctor will have open appointments for the day so you can get in the same day you call, but it is best to call first thing in the morning. The front office staff is usually pretty friendly, though there are one or two that aren't so much, but they're not rude, just not overly friendly. Billing is easy to communicate with and they work with you. I would highly recommend Tri-County, they are clean, professional, good bedside manner, not overly priced, and will discuss any concerns you have about your health or treatments with you. I dread the day I move away and have to find a new doctor. None that I see will be the same. :)
As the previous review stated, Tri-County seems to ignore their phones. Average wait time once on hold is 15-20 minutes (as someone who works in the medical field front office - that would be grounds to fire). However, once you have an appointment, the staff is very friendly and the doctors are great to work with. In the end, it is the doctors you should judge this practice on.
Trying to make an appointment at this facility is near impossible. I am not sure if this is a facility that serves its customers or just simply ignores the phone ringing constantly all morning- either way, it is absolutely unacceptable service for people attempting to utilize this clinic.
