When you go to the office, prepare for at least a half hour wait. The shortest time I waited had to be 20 minutes. I would pay cash because I currently had no insurance, and I would have to pay an average of 100 dollars just to see him for 2 to three minutes. He did no examinations of my skin, threw prescriptions at me, and none of them worked. One actually gave me an allergic reaction and made my problem worse. Only until I was able to see a family physician that I learned a simpler, easier method to dealing with my problem. A soap that I could use, and I had asked Dr. Rosenberg several times if such a soap existed and he always said no. I spent so much money and time in him and received nothing back. It would be worth it to let him know what I used to solve my problem for other patients, but I cannot afford to see him again. The ladies in the office were not very professional either.
Elaine, what family practitioner did you go to and what soap are you using? My children has been going to Dr. Rosenberg's office for acne, but has only recently been seen by the doctor himself. The first time he did take about 10 minutes to see both children, but the second time it lasted 2-3 minutes total. Before being seen by Dr. Rosenberg, the Nurse Practitioner, Sorenson, saw them. Although there is no cure for acne, my teens are still trying to find some help to win the battle. Desperate to gain an upper hand, they are now taking Tetracyclin, which I don't really like. I have to agree with Elain, the girls behind the counter are not very professional. If anyone knows of a better doctor, please post the information.
