AVORS Medical Group: Antebi, Alon DO
Reviews
My experience with Dr Masih was pleasurable, however, far less could be said about the attentive nature of the staff. First, the selection process of an "in Network" provider was not the first option provided in scheduling a medical procedure thus the consideration of the out of pocket cost to the client was not considered. Secondly, Upon arriving at the hospital for the second procedure, the paperwork noting the procedure to be performed was not correct; the first procedure was nearly repeated if it weren't for my questioning. Lastly, the follow up with billing inquiries is/was not processed timely. I made several calls over a 1 week period (Sadie & Lorraine) to be told the inquiry has not been reviewed and additional time will be needed. After 4 calls and 9 transfers Office Manager Lydia Baker advised " I am too busy to review your information and I will need to call you back" and without my acknowledgment, the call was disconnected. I am hugely disappointed with the level of service received as well as the competence of the staff; I found Lydia to be extremely rude and unapologetic for the delay in the response time experienced. I would recommend increased customer service training for ALL staff members as well as a review of office procedures regarding timely follow up.
These young, AVORS doctors were enthusiastic about my health and know their stuff. I've heard people say that if they broke a bone or had any joint or spine problem they would not go anywhere else. I can see why. Highly recommended.
I really felt comfortable with this place, the doctors and staff. No complaints.
