Do NOT do business with Bright Now Dental in Lancaster, CA. This establishment employs some VERY underhanded billing and accounting methodology. I went in for a crown procedure on May 24, 2014. First off, a crown was NOT required in this instance. A two-surface composite filling would have sufficed. As a result, my dental insurance provider only paid for the price of a filling, leaving a balance due of nearly $500.00. The branch manager, Rose, stated that she would file an appeal with my dental insurance carrier. The appeal was denied and communicated as such to both myself and Bright Now. Rose stated that she would file a second appeal and if that one was denied, then Bright Now would negate the pending balance of nearly $500.00. My dental insurance carrier denied the second appeal (as expected) and mailed out denial letters to both myself and Bright Now. At this point, I returned to Bright Now asking for the pending balance on my account to be negated, as promised by Rose. She denied that Bright Now had ever received the second denial of the appeal. I called my insurance carrier and they confirmed that they had indeed received and denied both appeals via letter. At this point, I just paid the pending balance and discontinued my patronage of Bright Now. To reiterate, do NOT patronize this dental establishment! It is disheartening to see such prevalent dishonesty and underhandedness running rampant in the billing department at this facility. Thank you.

Overall, so far I like the staff docter wise. But have to admit, every visit i have had with them, i would show up early, and it would either take for ever in too way, one the waiting in the lobby, if they took you in, they would usually take awhile just to start you then as well. I'm going in today 12/4/2014. And will add to this review on the experience. On top of that I do have to say that billing is interesting, but that a whole another story. Lets just say, dont leaving any money laying around as credit, ot trying to collect enough to pay for something in the future laying around. lol

I wouldn't... I was here an hour, just got some xrays done, then they told me to wait some more, an hour more. I walked out because I was there 2 hours for basically nothing. If you like waiting, this is the place. They didn't make me feel comfortable at all, like I was just another mouth. No thanks

Worst dental office watch your bill. Check with your insurance on everything on cost. Straight up fraud lookout for codes 0000 , 9910 and 9911 fake add-ons covered by insurance. Lookup CDT codes. All base materials are included in CDT standards.

Terrible service this place shouldn't be operating anymore there doctor's are horrible and the personal is the worst I ever seen I still don't get why they ripped people off that horrible 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
