Staff never get their work done well at least thats what it seems. I been calling for almost 3 months now for them to refer me to therapy and it never happens. I call the nurse and I always get the same answer "let me check on the status and will call you back" . Now the I can't even get medication for pain because the Dr. will not approve it. Meanwhile im here suffering from bad back pain.

The doctors and staff at mendota UHC are great! They always remember who you are when you walk in. Well they remember me anyway. Lol my doctor is Dr. Gault and he is the newest doctor there. So far, so good and i really like the way hes treated me so far. The nurses are awsome too!
