GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The staff is VERY friendly, warm, and welcoming. Free Parking (BIG PLUS). I have been taking my family here for years and I will never go anywhere else! The Drs and techs are amazing and know what they are doing. I will definitely refer all of my friends and family to CVI for any diagnositic testing. 5 STARS!

Twisted me in very painful directions to get MRI. Could barely walk out of the office. Gave me a disc for my doctor, nothing on it. Refused to give me a hard copy of the report. Didn't bill me and now sent me to collection and wants an additional $250.00 which is double what I would have paid if they let me pay the day of the visit which I offered or billed me in a timely manner. Totally disorganized facility. Never will go back. I am not even sure they did the MRI based on the information they will not give me.
