Arrived for my 8:45 appointment a few minutes early. Filled out a form and gave the receptionist my insurance card to make a copy. Was told to have a seat. A few minutes later was taken into the exam room and the Technician conducted some tests and apply several eye drops in my eyes. He left saying it would be a few minutes for the drops to work. 50 minutes later the doctor came in. I advised him I had been waiting for 50 minutes and he said sorry his staff didn't realize he was at the hospital. REALLY, isn't that what "staff" is suppose to know. The test the doctor conducted took less than 5 minutes. Not happy !!!

Between Dr. Oldenburg and Dr. Steinle...I don't know which one I like the most!! I came in with a Detached Retina and Macular and within 2 days I had been operated on and was on my way to a miraculous recovery! It took awhile and over the course of several months Dr. Steinle was so patient, kind and professional that I just grew to love him! He is tall and so handsome so even at my age it was nice to see his great big smile each time I came in (which was every week for awhile). They are the best Doctors....SO incredibly talented and such wonderful Physicians!!
