Rite Aid Pharmacy
Reviews
The pharmacy tech service is widely variable, but the reason that we stay at this pharmacy is KAREN-she's almost always there as the pharmacist on duty and She's most the friendly and caring one I have EVER seen! She always goes out of her way to help, and seems to have an almost divine-like amount of patience. I don't know how Riteaid lucked out, but I'm glad they did. Don't remember her last name, but she's the smiling face behind the window =) The male pharmacist seems nice too. Wish they could have staff as caring and friendly as they are.
Never had a problem at the pharmacy. Even with a line, I've never experienced an excessively long wait there. Same goes for the line at the main register. I don't eat the ice cream, but it seems there's always somebody there to help those who do. The employees are occasionally curt but never rude, and certainly that shouldn't come as a surprise in a capitalist society where 95% of the population is overworked and/or underpaid because the corporations are just interested in pleasing the stockholders... Hey, I've got an idea... try being nice to them every once in a while and see what you get back
grumpy clerks, wait forever. Pharmacy never on time. No help at ice cream. And this is on a good day.
Rude employee stocking shelves...apparently angry to have to unlock printer ink in the next aisle over. It's Rite Aid in Morro Bay, Maria...not important enough to take so darn seriously!
extremely poor service in the pharmacy. Call in a prescription. They don't have it but don't call you back. I've been in 3 times to pick up a prescription and they say either: have to call the doctor, don't have it in stock, order didn't come in etc. No feedback ever. We are changing pharmcies the first of the year. People are the counter are nice but the whole operation is extremely poorly run with little concern for those who need medications
