The worst experience I had at a dental office ever. I had an appointment at 10am. I waited 2.5 hrs for a doctor to see me before I walked out. I had scheduled an appointment for a oral surgery and honestly, if they can't manage getting appointments right, I can't imagine having a surgery done by these people. The office was disorganized, cardboard boxes randomly laying around on floor and counters. I also saw a few patient dental chairs sitting in the general area of the office - no privacy and can't be sanitary at all. Either way, come here at your own risk.

This place appears to be a clinic style. Does not offer privacy at all when it comes to getting your teeth cleaned when you are listening to others getting drilled or the cleaning is in progress of others. The Dentist and personal tell you every tooth has issues including how they recommend doing preventative work to be scheduled ahead of time and get this, if there rates of services are above the average costs around town, they nail you with a $75 missed appointment fee. And threaten to send you to collections!!! Is that patient friendly or what? Its all about more $$$ for them! Will not, Would not, And suggest this practice to anyone! Drive to Reno or Sparks than pratonize the Hillbilly Northhills Dental Group! Very Rude & Short spoken Staff!! They certainly wont give them any of my money...

I was having issues with my insurance plan and had to switch dentists. I was referred to this office and when I got here they told me that my insurance worked. What I had done was a filling replacement in one of my back molars. It was overdue! The dentist told me he’d get it fixed right away and got to it on the double just like he said. This is the most upbeat office I’ve ever been to. And that’s one of the two big reasons why I told my son this would be best option for my granddaughter. Whenever you’re feeling doubtful or worried they give you the little pep talk you need. The guys and girls working the front desk are so friendly too. They were dears when I arrived. Needless to say, I plan to continue coming here.

The place is a total ripoff.. they just took my money and did not do nothing for me.. they keep on trying to sell me things.. I will never go there again.. you know you're in trouble when the dentist sounds like a Salesman and tries to sell you things!!!

I had always thought that braces were designed for kids or teenagers, but my dentist at West Coast Dental explained to me that it’s not too late to get straight teeth. I almost wanted to cry because I have been living with crooked teeth my entire life. I also explained to him that I didn’t want those traditional metal braces and he went on to explain my different options. The staff was also extremely helpful and explained all of the various payment options that they provide for orthodontic treatments. I finally chose to get clear aligners!! They are nearly invisible and custom molded to my own teeth. Thank you West Coast Dental. Because of your office I am on the road to straight teeth.
