I originally started to see Erin to help me with pain in am ankles. My ankles were suffering from years of running up and down basketball courts as a high school basketball referee. Not only did her acupuncture treatments help with my pain management but her exercise advise (stretching, yoga and strength training) helped me keep the pain at bay and I feel stronger than I have in decades. Erin has a wealth of information whether it be pain management, exercise or nutrition. One stop healthy shopping.
