You better have GOOD dental insurance if you go to Dr. Steve, because they are NOT inclined to allow a payment plan. Although I did get a few procedures done by him and he is a very nice and competent dentist (as was his staff), his prices are ASTRONOMICALLY HIGH!! I won't be going back to him.

We stayed in Placerville for 4 mo.back in 2008 while our house in Foresthill was being built. My crown broke one day and being new to the area I had no idea what dentist to go to. I went to a dentist closest to our home but he was on vacation. The staff referred me to Dr. Steve. He is a wonderful, caring dentist and his staff is the BEST. 3 months after going to him we moved into our new home which is a little over an hour away. Even though there is a dentist in our town and plenty of dentists 5 miles away in Auburn, we have stayed with Dr. Steve. We trust him and his staff so...............why mess with a good thing. I highly recommend Dr. Steve.
