I love sending people to Safeway

Always very friendly and polite! We are from a very small village and we have no large grocery stores, so when we go through Quincy we always stop to buy groceries. Unfortunately the day we did stop in at Safeway the campground at Bucks Lake we were staying at that was open when we arrived, came through and chained and bolted the gate with all our camping equipment, boat and boat trailer locked in there without any warning or notice! Not cool! The new park management that runs the forest campgrounds was very rude, and due to that we will not be back until they are gone! We come up to Plumas county, Quincy, and Bucks a couple of times a year for the past 30 to 40 years. That may change now! Safeway is a very nice store!
