Worst customer service. Always waited from a half hour to two hours. Gladys refused my medication based on her mistrust after i've been there for a year. And then continued to spout out medical advice as if i didn't have a doctor. This was after I was told by the previous pharmacist on duty there was no issue, after he told my doctor he would fill it, after it was filled at 10 20 at night wen they recieved the order during business hours when it could have been resolved or my doctor could have called another pharmacy. Luckily california coded its moral and ethic guideline violations in 2006, one of those rare states that has. And should this not be resolved by the pharmacy management in a timely fashion. I can have my lawyer fix it for them. And if this happened to anyone else, (refusal to refill)...they are liable to all health issues that occur after. The fact that a third party came between me and my doctor, had the gaul to give me medical advice, and then give me a 1 800 number to complain to about (i work in customer service i know what those numbers are), upsets me. What makes it worse is that it effects my health and well-being, what makes it worse than that. No one cared who was supposed to in the pharmacy, least of all Gladys. Jerry, store manager, great guy, tried helping. While I appreciate she feels obligated to not refill prescriptions early, there is a line. She crossed it. This is why we pay taxes though, so I can file against her, and hope a citation is made, simply so she learns to not protect her job - act like she went to medical school - over somebodies health, which consequently, in my opinion - just as an average human - should in fact, be her job. Knowing she gave me what I need to continue living well, not being the DEA. We have police for that. NEVER EVER EVER COME HERE: go to any other CVS in the area. Any other pharmacy. I've had several problems with this one, but this final straw broke the camel. Never on time. Several times incorrectly filled. Lines last 20 minutes even if your prescription is ready because they forgot they work in a service industry in this store.
They are always expeditious and detailed and don't mind mind delaying with you to answer questions. I never have to wait beyond the choice they provide to come back at a specific time our wait up to 20 mins real-time. Very courteous group!
Pharmacy is horrible. Minimum wait for medicine is 30mins. If your Dr sends a prescription call ahead so they will fill it. Lines are usually long and they are very slow. Rarely fill meds by requested time. They also tend to not receive or check online refill requests. Be prepared to wait if you go here.
Employee here are very lazy. Most of the time I found lottery machine is stuck with money and no one there to fix it.
