HORRIBLE!!! The previous review about this place not having compassionate care could not be more on the mark. I hardly ever review anything and this place has me so upset that I will find every place on the internet that I can leave a bad review and do it. Don't ever go here! The customer service here is the worst I have ever encountered at a pharmacy. They suddenly increased the price of my medication that I had filled here multiple times from $20 to $180. Even worse, they knew about this issue and failed to notify the numerous patients in this situation about the price increase meaning that I would have to wait 2 weeks before I could even get an appointment with my doctor to get a slightly different prescription to substitute in for the one I just ran out of. So during these 2 weeks, I would just be out of luck, suffering severe pain without the compounding cream needed for my joint and muscle pain. And then to add insult to literal injury, when I was trying to get this prescription transferred out of their pharmacy to another pharmacy (where the price might be cheaper), the pharmacy assistant, Natalie, hung up on me! UPDATE: trying to get this prescription transferred so far has nearly been impossible. It took them over 24 hours to actually fax something to the new pharmacy despite their assurance that it would be done within 15 minutes. Then, what they did send over did not contain the ingredients list or percentages of ingredients needed which is what they call in the compounding pharmacy biz "your prescription" when I called back to explain that what they sent wouldn't work, Natalie (again!) curtly told me that that was all that they were willing to send, laughed at me, and then slammed down the phone when I wanted to speak to her supervisor (who I informed yesterday about Natalie's hanging up, but that doesn't seem to have done much good!). I have seriously never encountered such poor customer service as from here!! I am furious. That I've had to go through all of this to try and get my prescription that I need is infuriating and ridiculous. If I could give this place 0 stars or negative stars, I would!

this is a great place to get work done, they really helped to improve the look of my skin and I look much younger now. I would recommend this place to anyone

great pharmacy and really helped with my pain management, they are local and their staff was very pleasant, easy parking and they worked great with my health insurance.
