Walgreens

This is the only Walgreens that I have had nothing but issues with. Either something is not in stock, theres an issue with insurance, or WORSE, "hey we gave you the wrong medication last month, here is the right one this time, sorry!" That is awful. Either the staff here is overworked or just incompetent. Ill be transferring my prescriptions this time.
Ask for Lisa she will do everything she can and she is very friendly and caring. This pharmacy is very busy since it is so close to the hospital and even though they are always swamped and overworked and understaffed Lisa usually manages to smile :)
The pharmacy never has prescriptions on time. This is the case not only with items that have to be prepared, but with pre-mixed, boxed items such as nasonex. Why is it that you cannot have a item ready in three hours when all that needs to be done if pull it off of the shelf? The standard response, "Oh, that's not ready yet. Give us another hour or so". In addition, if you have a prescription called in from a doctor's office, don't just assume that the pharmacy is working on it. More likely is that you will call them a couple of hours later to see if it is ready and they will say, "Oh, I don't see that prescription. Was that going to be faxed in? Ok, let me go check the fax machine ... ... ok, here it is, we'll get started on that".
As a former walgreen's employee I was shocked and disgusted with the pharmacy staff and service. I am really considering switching to CVS or rite-aid. Poor, poor customer service.
I hate the pharmacy service. They are shockingly bad.
