I will start off on a positive note that the staff excluding the actually Dentist were very nice and informative. However the Dentist was very rood, I don't have insurance and was paying cash and the vibe and attitude that this women had was none that I've ever encountered before in a professional atmosphere. I understand that I was in pain and very upset and I did have a lot of question and concerns however especially when I'm not only a customer but a patient have some respect. After paying for x-rays and exam of $65 I ended up leaving, while leaving I mentioned to the Dentist that her staff was wonderful but I just don't know about her. She then yelled at me to never come back to that office. And to top it off their bathroom didn't even work, and there was no room in the waiting room for people to sit. They def over booked.They wouldn't give me the x-rays either she wanted to charge me an additional $35 to take them. I would have gave them a lower score but the assistants were very nice I feel sorry for them that they have to work with that type of hostile environment. I lost time and money but found a wonderful Dentist Office down the street.
