Have you ever been afraid of going to the dentist? I just know that I am going to get spanked hard because I haven't been flossing! Well, Dr Ruth Kenworthy was a pleasant surprise. She is a warm caring person. She took her time to make me feel very comfortable. She also has a great smile and laughter that makes you feel at ease. I was surprised when she did her initial examine on me. Her hands were gentle as she pointed out the teeth that need work and the teeth to put on watch. After the exam we talked about my reconstruction plan. By the way, I am a dental disaster. I have had no insurance for over 5 years. I have wash outs, cracked crowns, too many cavities and a tooth to be replaced. She assured me that over time she can put humpty dumpty back together again. With all the bad news, I left feeling comfortable with her modern approach to dentistry and her obvious abilities. I am working on my ability to pay as I go. Perhaps I should apply for a grant, if I knew how! Ernie Schneider

I just finished a 5 hour procedure that I was not looking forward to! (to say the least). The amount of care and professionalism by each and every staff member was refreshing. I expected to be miserable and Dr Kenworthy (and staff) made it much more pleasant than I had anticipated. I also felt like I was treated with concern for my comfort and the treatment plan we are establishing is exactly what I need in order of the priority items. When my last dentist charged me $90 to re-cement a temporary crown (over my objection), I knew it was time to find a new dentist. Glad I found this one! The professional attitudes in this office sure beat the arrogance I had experienced before!
