I've been with Dr. Negri for 15 years. He is proactive and diligent. He found a life-threatening condition, for which he referred me to the right specialist for treatment. So, in all honesty, Dr. Negri has played a significant role in me still being alive.
I'm very happy and have been coming here for years.
I really appreciate their emphasis on healthy lifestyle and good eating habits in addition to medical treatment of illnesses. Doctors are all healthy and trim, practicing what they preach.
I agree with the comments below about the Doctors being good and the staff not. It took me a week to get them to fax a renewal on my meds I had been on for 2 yrs, I had to make several calls as well. Then when they finally DID get it to Pharmacy, it was the previous dose. It took me TWO more weeks to get them to call me back about that (and several phone calls). The Dr.'s assitant said, well, we have 50 people to call. So, then quit taking more patients if you can give qualty care/service.This is my health! She did apologize, I do have to say. Also, one of the DR's was soliciting a "natural" alternative to some issues and gave me a website and code. It sounded like he was getting a kick back but I could be wrong.... he did the same thing to another patient and she felt the same way.
I went to this office with my boyfriend who had back pain. Our appointment was at 3:30 but they asked us to arrive a little early so we could fill out paperwork, which we did. Once we got there the front desk failed to mention that the doctor we were seeing was running an hour behind schedule! It would have been nice to know when we got there so we could be prepared to wait that long. But NO, no one even blinked an eye at the fact that we sat there for so long. We didn't get in to see the doctor until 4:30 and this 4:30 patient arrived when we were being called in. I have worked in the medical office environment and if my doctor was running that late I would have mentioned it to the patients and gave them the option to wait or re-schedule. This is completely unprofessional and I will be finding another doctors office to go to. Doctors need to realize that the front desk does matter when selecting what office to go to and now that I have had this experience I will be more careful next time when selecting a doctors office. The doctor was nice enough but I will not be going back.
