I went to see Dr. Lillis for laser removal of facial capillaries and slight rosacea. He had stated that we could possibly have acceptable results in 1 laser treatment but might require 2 treatments. 2 treatments later and there is "barely" noticeable results. Larger capillaries on my nose, cheeks and chin are still very visible. I had voiced concerns over bruising and he said that we will try to minimize this when we do the treatments. He did not tell me that minimizing bruising we will have to do much more treatments. I would never have agreed to spend 4x what it normally costs just so that I don't have a bruise. I spoke with Dr. Lillis and told him that the results and service was unacceptable and I am not going to keep coming in and paying $300 for a "facial". He made the excuse "but you said you didn't want bruising." He said that he could give me another treatment for $100!!!!! I laughed and he said that it was for turning on the laser. Pathetic customer service and inexperienced Doctors. So....I paid $600 for nothing. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
