its very unfortunate that it happen to us twice. last year we experienced a very rude attitude of one of their thearpist named Tammie. reported to the main office who acted immediately even their director Anna is nice and professional. would you believe that we went back their hoping that they must be aware on their actions but unfortunately NOT, Tammie never greeted us nor smiled on us when she sees us there. if she really felt sorry with her rudeness towards us before and take note one of the employees heard all the incident that time and confirmed the rudeness of tammie. if she is really a professional she could have smiled to us at least WE ARE STILL CLIENTS THAT NEEDS TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY. and remember they are service provider. at this point i feel that she (Tammie) is being RACIST to us. and now 2nd incident with their receptionist named Catherine. she should have read her assignment first before dealing with their client. if she should have told us about house rules we should have understood it but why she had not look into the order first and explained it to us instead rather than saying something, RIGHT? she went and talk to her directress and sudeenly telling us "oh the order is already in the computer",, we are not damn to understand gestures. again reported her and action from the directress done but still she never approached us to say something about the incident. Other employees were very apologetic which is a nice gesture but they were not the ones who offended us. Isn't it that you only accept apologies when it comes from the person involved? this is how i rate them. individually. attitude towards clients because its a service oriented facility. Anna------- Excellent very professional, Supna---------approachable, nice to everyone(clients) Jitha-----------dependable and reliable, good attitude Maribel------- trying to help every client needs, she is good Britney?----- good Dominic----- trying his best to make all the clients comfortable a PR man, he is good Cris----------this young man is reserved but trying his best to accomodate everybody, he is very good, very attentive. front desk lady---- not Catherine......... she is nice Kudos to all of you Ladies and Gentlemen. Tammie.... has a behaviour problem, RUDE Catherine- i will reserve my comments if she does something to rectify her actions. A GOOD QUALITY OF SERVICE TO THE CLIENTS WILL GENERATE FROM THE GOOD ATTITUDE OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, My wife used to suffer with lower back pain and after MRI and other scannings, doctor mentioned that she has to undergo surgery. But suggested physio therapy as last resort and indicated if physio therapy doesnt work, surgery is must. She scheduled twice a week sessions for a month at Santa clara sports therapy and her lower back pain vanished almost instantly. The first 2 weeks showed so much of progress and our qualify of life has changed a lot. I will recommend their center for all your physio therapy needs....we are indebted to their services.
