I had a scar evaluated by one of their doctors. Will not mention a name, but he was nice and seem professional, but didn't seem very knowledgeable on the procedure, but did have some idea of what he wanted to do, but not very knowledgeable on the cost, how long it would take in between the procures, and how to get about to receive the desired result he wanted, and how much it would cost. Nice doctor, but needs more experience in the cosmetic field.

Took 1+ month to get appointment. Office was too crowded, "take a number". Dr. Sugarman didn't even look at my skin from anything closer than 4 feet away. Was dismissive, uninterested and rude. Saw me for about 2 minutes. More interested in hustling over to next "appointment". Offered no treatment whatsoever. Still have growing rash. Thanks for nothing.
