I recently visited Dr. Cline's office, to help my son find a good Oral Surgeon in Scotts Valley. I was visiting from Florida and I wanted to make sure the Oral Surgeon was a reputable one. I must say, from the moment I entered the office, Renee greeted us both, like family. I felt totally at home, and very pleased with the environment, and when I met Dr. Cline, my fearful thoughts of not being able to be there for my son during the surgery, went away. She is the most caring, kind, understanding, patient, and knowledgeable Doctor I have ever met. She took the time to explain every little detail to me, and my son. She also wrote a very nice letter to his Employer explaining the need for him to have several days off after the surgery. I must say I am very grateful to everyone in her practice. From what I have heard, Dr. Cline is the best Oral Surgeon in Santa Cruz County! If you are looking for a pleasant and painless experience, please check out her practice. You won't be sorry! :)

Office helpers were very snobby. Went there to get my wisdom teeth pulled. They overcharge, alot. at least 500 dollars more than most places. Changed the time of my appointment without first contacting me and asking if it was okay. Just assumed I would want the earlier spot. The billing from my insurance got messed up. The office help at the dentist said I would be getting reimbursed when actually they got reimbursed, took forever to get my payment. When I called to ask for help they completely disregarded my concerns and said there was nothing they could do. Very RUDE staff. Do not go here if you are on any sort of budget.
