My husband and I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Richard and his wife, Rochelle because they were less interested in helping patients and more interested in your wallet, not too mention how phoney and rude they are. The treatment was very basic and the same each time with very little improvement after each session. Nevertheless, they wanted to put my husband on a payment plan to secure the next 10+ visits, which was ridiculous! You don't put your patients on a payment plan to secure payment - you wait and see how the patient is doing after each session and then evaluate further treatment. Also, they took X-rays without letting us know ahead of time the costs ($50/x-ray) saying that the initial consultation was "free"...hahaha. Also, my husband requested a copy of his chart and x-rays and they wanted to charge him $75 for the photocopy of his chart and an additional $150 for his x-rays. We were horrified! Thieves if you ask us! Us patients have no rights - not even to knowing ahead of time how much things are going to cost. Also, my husband received a lecture on how he was disrespecting them for canceling his appointment an entire day in advance. All in all, I would think twice about checking out these "chiropractors".
